Dr. Ezzeldine Jadallah, Director of the Central Palm Development and Research Laboratory, said that, in cooperation with the Egyptian Rural Development Company in the Magra region, a committee of experts from the Central Palm Plant in the Palm Pests and Diseases Department was formed.
The second field day Yesterday, Wednesday, 1 December 2021, by completing the passage of the rest of the palm plantations in the region, which suffer from palm pests, especially the red palm pest. The palms were examined, injuries were detected, and attendees from agricultural engineers and ranchers were trained in how to detect the insect and how to prevent and control it in traditional and modern ways.
