The General Veterinary Services Authority participates in the International Exhibition of Food for Africa
Food Africa 2021 is one of the largest international trade fairs specializing in food and agricultural industries on the African continent.

The General Veterinary Services Authority participated in the sixth exhibition session in the presence of Dr. Abdul Hakim Mahmoud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Karim, Adviser to the General Veterinary Services Veterinary Services, representatives of the Central Veterinary and Inspection Department and the Central Service and Extension Department.
A group of companies from all over the world were involved in showcasing their products at the exhibition, such as the countries of Russia, the Netherlands and Poland.
Several major technical meetings were held, including with the representative of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture. Meetings were also held with companies to facilitate export procedures for Egyptian products, establish relations with industry actors at the local, regional and international levels, and reconcile institutions. During the year, the General Veterinary Services Authority opened new markets for Egyptian food products with many countries, such as the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Ghana, Russia and others.
